All payments made to NexarcIT for services rendered or initiated are considered final. This includes, but is not limited to, payments for project milestones, initial deposits, retainer fees, setup costs, and ongoing service charges.

This policy is in place due to the nature of custom software development and professional IT services, which involve significant upfront effort, intellectual property creation, and allocation of dedicated resources (personnel, infrastructure, licenses, etc.) that cannot be reclaimed or reassigned without incurring costs once a project is underway.

All project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and payment schedules are clearly defined and mutually agreed upon in a formal Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) prior to the commencement of any work. Clients are encouraged to review these documents thoroughly before making any payments.
